It is December. So, that means that my "30 days of gratitude" have come to an end. We are now back to our regularly scheduled programming. However, I am so thankful that I took the opportunity to record the things that I am grateful for. I once watched an interview with Dick Clark and he said that he kept a gratitude journal. He recorded each day the good things in his life. This exercise taught me that it is a lot easier to have a positive outlook when you are focusing on the good things in your life.
